New Eco Friendly Villa Development in Tenerife

Overview

This impressive property not normally ECO-FRIENDLY are on the island, the developer has a strong interest in sustainable construction that is being promoted here in Tenerife and the design is therefore very futuristic but also charming. It has a very Scandinavian feel with lots of wood used in construction.

The views from this property are amazing, 180 degrees looking over the coast from Marzul by San Juan, Alcala, Playa La Arena amid the mountains overlooking the Teide.

The Villa has been built to standards well above the standards of current and future construction in the Canary Islands attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.

For golfers, the new Abama Golf 18 holes at the bottom of the hill and the famous Adeje 27 holes of golf is within walking distance. There is also a planned new golf course in Hoya Grande.

The Accommodation

The Villa sits on a plot of 840 square meters on the outskirts of a mountain village and has a 48 cubic meters heated pool and double garage.

Outside there are a number of planters built around the terrace, with blue ceramic copings containing mature plants and trees.

Ground Floor:

The covered double glazed entrance doors lead into the hall. All ground floor, staircase and two bathrooms with a very high quality large porcelain.

The large entrance hall (which also leads to the back door, swimming pool and terrace) has exposed wooden beams and the central pillar.

In the lounge is dedicated one wall like a wall of entertainment with a 42-inch flat TV screen above a electrical fire that also resembles a flat screen TV, all mounted on a chimney that holds all of its leisure ie, DVD, Sky box and his team music.

The open kitchen is made of solid birch custom black granite countertops. High quality appliances include a separate island with hob, stainless steel double oven and extraction unit. There is also an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower cubical, toilet, bidet, wall hung basin. The floor and walls are finished in large paintings of high quality porcelain.

The second bedroom also has a bathroom en-suite with high quality porcelain tiles.

There is also a separate toilet.

Apart from the two bathrooms-suite on the first floor is finished in wood solid floor parquet in Birch.

Other features:

The construction incorporates very high levels of insulation, both thermal and acoustic. This ensures that the villa is kept cool inside the hottest days and warmer in the interior of the coldest days.

All windows and doors are of a new stainless steel finish aluminum double glazed steel blue safety glass.

The Villa comes complete with all internal and external accessories of light and two automatic irrigation systems in gardens.
