How much clothes will I need?!
We've compiled a comprehensive list of how many of each type of clothing that we recommend. Do not be shocked if it does not comply with their families "Needs. When my granddaughter was born had a valve problem in the stomach and had to cope without stopping to vomit. I needed about 3-4 times in many sleepers as a normal baby. Not only that, but my daughter and I had to change their own clothes fighting about 4-5 times a day. Throw in the fact that it was winter, bald and needless to say, the laundry list had to be very quickly adjusted.
It takes just a couple of minutes when panels are being organized their children to really figure what they need. Do you use 7 t-shirts a week and wash their shirts twice a week? After 7 t-shirts should be more than enough. If using 7 pairs of socks and underwear a week and wash twice a week, 10 pairs of all is more than enough. Why put 15 to 20 pairs in the drawer, especially if you do not have much space?
Be sure to go through and eliminate too small or worn clothes in the drawers of her children every couple of months. More children are frustrated trying to put clothes away in drawers that are already full of clothes you have outgrown. Then they get into trouble for not putting everything away properly. There is a deed that says "not to provoke their children to anger." This is one of those cases where parents do all the time.

Remember, these are just the skeleton of a closet. Add or subtract according to your needs. The main thing is to be ruthless. Most women wear only 20% of their clothes 80% of the time. Get rid of everything else!
You can get most children's clothing at yard sales for a fraction of new price. Be demanding and only buy the few things you love. To spend a morning going to garage sales, I found all the clothes I needed for my 3 years old. Usually, to get enough clothes for Christmas, but this year did not get everything he needed. I spent three hours and $ 5 for everything from shirts to shoes. I have 10 shirts, 5 pairs of jeans, three pairs of shoes and 4 pairs of pajamas. I saved me same $ 225. That is $ 75 per hour that "won" by going to garage sales or 24 hours (3 days), except my husband would have had to work to buy clothes.
Bedding
Sheets - 2 sets per bed. You can get by with a set if you wash and put it on the bed the same day.

Laundry & Kids
I'm probably the only mom who would not allow my children to put their clothes away until they were older. Why? Because, by the time I had carefully washed, folded and ironed beautifully all, I do not want to be dumped, padded, rolled and Moosh between the living room and laundry room of my children. It's amazing what a husband and your child can do for a lot clean clothes!
Even though I say that children need to be taught how to do laundry from start to finish. From the age of four or five I would like that children sometimes help me a piece of cloth and linen. Once they achieved in these things, we moved on to other things.
As soon as they were high enough, would help put the clothes in the washer, then move them to the dryer lint and then take them out of the dryer. Young children seem to love to do this, so permits.
By the time they are old enough to start cooking in the kitchen simple things that are old enough to start ironing with supervision - Children, too.
Once children reach high school, must be able to take care of their own clothing from start to finish. Until there was very good trained, did not expect to wash the clothes alone. This was not a bad thing. I enjoyed visiting and learning about their day while folding laundry together or while I was ironing board.
